I'm not exactly a 1337 h4xor, but I'm pretty sure you can check for firewall openings and packets that are being sent for no reason. I think that malwarebytes can check for outbound packets that aren't intended.

How do I view the most viewed site on my systems, just want to ensure I'm not part of a botnet.

Main Machine:  16 inch MacBook Pro (2021), Apple M1 Pro (10 CPU, 16 GPU Core), 512GB SDD, 16GB RAM

Gaming Machine:  Acer Nitro 5, Core i7 10750H, RTX 3060 (L) 6GB, 1TB SSD (Boot), 2TB SSD (Storage), 32GB DDR4 RAM

Other Tech: iPhone 15 Pro Max, Series 6 Apple Watch (LTE), AirPods Max, PS4, Nintendo Switch, PS3, Xbox 360

It's VERY unlikely you're part of a botnet. You can make sure your internet speeds are what they should be, and if you have Malwarebytes always running it will alert you about outbound traffic coming from you that shouldn't be. You should be ok.
