Make sure your drivers are up-to-date. What graphics card are you running? How hot is the card getting?

the drivers are up to date, im using a gtx 970 strix and the card only gets up to 65C

An OpenGL issue would tell me that it's a conflict between your GPU and the shaders specifically. Does the game run fine without them? I'm running shaders on my EVGA SSC 970, and I haven't had any issues.

yh it runs fine

I'd consider re-installing your shaders then. For me, I am on Minecraft 1.8.1, running Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders, and I installed it through Forge.

i use cuda shaders but as you said about the open gl and shaders conflicting it is probably that i know the cuda shaders is only bata
