Yes, it will perform exactly the same as the i5 4690K (Not overclocked however) which can handle 4k Perfectly.

The TITAN-X Is a insane card, I dont think it would matter that much, and an SSD will not increase FPS, only loading times and general responsiveness

 

EDIT: Looked up more benchmarks, for games apart from GTA V and Middle Earth Shadow Of Mordor the 295X2 or dual 970 Will win, but take up a lot more space and use mroe power.

I personally would go with the TITAN-X as some games I want to play dont support crossfire properly (star citizen) but it is more money.
