It Posts, But Doesn't Show Output

So, I just got all the parts for my updated build the other day. Everything arrived in order, they all worked when I tested them, and they're all shiny and new... But when I built it an issue arose that I've never had to deal with before.

 

It posts, but it doesn't show any video output.

 

I've tested all the components, and tested them again. All the wires are plugged in correctly, and all the parts are working individually thus far. There's no boot errors, no beeping, nor bad debug numbers. It's an A7 on the debug counter, and that means it's all fine to boot, and its posted successfully-- But I just can't get the thing to show up on my monitor. Multiple monitors, and removed parts later, nothing has changed. Each monitor worked with the PC's they were running with, the DVI cables, and HDMI all worked on them before... They just don't work for this new PC for some reason. I'm using the right adapters, ect, as well.

 

I've taken out the GPU to see if it was causing issues, nothing. I've taken out the RAM and replaced it to see if that was it, and still nothing. I checked the PSU voltage, and it's perfectly fine. I messed with the HDD to see if for some reason it might be causing problems, but that's not it.

 

The only thing I've got left in my brain that it could be is the CMOS, but while I take a break from messing around with this compooter, I decided I'd finally stop stalking these forums, make an account, and beg for help.

 

So, lets see, can anyone actually help me?
