Hey guys,

I was wondering, can I just use my GTX 970 in my PC and later just add another one. My motherboard has SLi support and my power supply should be powerfull enough. Can I just plug the card in, plug the SLi bridge in and go with it, or do I have to apply some settings before they work together?

You must go into Nvidia control panel and enable SLI. That's about it.

I never believed in adding one later on.. before you know it, a new chip is out, they will stop making the 970 and it will end up ridiculously expensive or even unavailable.

Just buy 2 at once or invest in a faster card.

I don't know where you live but you can buy any 600 series card you want in here for the same price as few years ago :D
