Yes, the hyperx cloud headset is quite good for a headset, though go for the hyperx cloud II if you can afford it.

 

Those two are the only gaming headsets that I'd suggest, otherwise a pair of headphones + a modmic is the way to go.

should I get a speaker with the headset? And is there a speaker that's cheaper than the one I have chosen but also not a huge difference in performance than the one I chosen I would like Logitech speakers since the shop I'm buying doesn't have any other choice that I can choose from

Get speakers with the headset unless you want to always use the headset.
