Help picking a liquid cooler

Hi, I'm looking to get one of the corsair cpu liquid cooler. I have a i7 930 socket 1366. The thing I need help with is that I don't know which cooler would best fit my case. I have a bitfenix shinobi. Thanks

Case - Bitfenix Shinobi

A Shinobi won't fit more than a 120MM AIO in the rear, since the top doesn't have enough clearance for a dual-fan or even single-fan radiator (though this may depend on motherboard.)

 

The H80i GT is a decent cooler, but I wouldn't recommend a single 120MM AIO for the price/performance.

It's because I have an Artic freezer 7 and the temps are crazy. Idle is 55 C and under load is 92 C. I changed the paste and everything I can think of and it's not doing anything.
