My computer has been virused

Umzipumzi

While I was on vacations, I left my desktop at my house. Long story short, I'm full of pop-ups and ad extentions in google Chrome.

I would really like some help and recommendations.

  • Which free antivirus should I use?
  • How can I get rid of those random redirects saying that I have a virus on my computer?
  • Is there a program I can use to remove all this?

I've tried disabling the extentions in Chrome but they keep restarting. Sometimes the problem is so bad I can't even use the internet.

I have to end my Chrome processes or else there is no way to keep using the computer.

That's not supposed to do that....

Malwarebytes is efficient for scanning your PC manually... for malware as the name states.

Avast is a real-time virus scanner.

Avast, Malwarebytes, CCleaner. Use all 3.
