PC is not working

I built a computer a couple of days ago and it was working fine for about two days then I turned it off to go to bed and in the morning I tried turning it on again. The only fan that moved was the PSU fan and the case LED to show the PC's on but nothing else came on. I have no idea whats going on here as it was working perfectly, I knew as i had checked the BIOS when it worked properly and it had recognized all the parts being healthy, but I hadn't changed anything.

 

Someone please help!!
