What motherboard ?

Im thinking of buying Inel I5 4460 (or anything better, but not awful expensive) , and Im very tight with budget so, what motherboard should be good. 

I also have Sapphire R9 280x and 8 GB of ram and Cooler Master G650m W psu. 

Im not in overclocking.


edit: just saw i5 4590 for 25$ more, is it worth it over 4460 ?


Both are around 90-100 $

- ASRock s1150 H97 PRO4

Do you need 4 ram slots or will 2 be enough?
