Hello,

As Oshino Shinobu said, it depends what settings you want.

Gtx 750 can give you 4k resolution experience but i dont know how many fps you will get, it depends on the games as well.

For steady perfomance my opinion is a Pentium G3258 with 8 gb ram cl9  or above if you like and graphics card 2gb, i recomended gtx 750 and with the boost of the pentium you will get great gaming expirience and perfomance.

The constant 100 fps you searching can only get if you tweek the settings of the game.

I hope i helped you and sorry for my bad english, also an example i have gtx 780 ti and i get on games approximately 80-120 fps at high setting on 1080p.

Best of Luck!!!  :)
