Need a cheap receptionist headset

so my dad needs one of those receptionist headsets that are wired (not bluetooth because he will be wearing for long periods at at a time). and it cant be one of those that only go in the ear. to give a comparison im looking for something like the free headset you get with an xbox that connects to your phone and is cheap like 20 to 30 dollars (needs a microphone)

it need to be able to connect to a cell phone so the usb one wont work and neither will the 2 3.5 mm
