is the steelseries sensei is igger than the zowie fk 1

Because my hands is around 18 ft and zowie is to small for me

Will the sensei be Better ?

The Sensei is slightly bigger in width and height but smaller in length. If you want a bigger mouse, I'd take a look at SteelSeries Rival.

The Naos 7000 is pretty big mouse. But did you mean 18 'cm' ?

The sensei is a bit bigger than the Zowie. If you're right handed, the rival is a nice sized mouse. My only real complaint with the rival is that terrible rubberized finish, similar to the Razer blackwidow keyboard finish, it just soaks up the oils from your skin and looks horrible. The Razer Deathadder is very similar in size, price, and button layout (just missing the on the fly dpi toggle if you really need that) to the rival and has a great feeling finish that doesn't get glossy wherever you touch it. Sensors are very similar, switches are probably a bit better in the deathadder. I believe the rival uses a kailh switch for right and left click.
