Android - Headphone disconnect action?

Like on apple devices, when you discconect it lowers volume, how  can i do this on my android phone? I don't really wanna set a background app just for it.

Another question I have is why is anti rotate not in the quick options, how can i edit that in?

How can I get the volume meter included in the lockscreen, and in widgets?

What is love?

For my HTC EVO 4G LTE, when I plug my headphones in I can adjust the volume, then when I unplug them I can adjust a separate volume setting, so you could have the normal phone volume set to 0% (off), and have your headphones be at like 50% or so, and your phone will switch between the two when you unplug or plug in your headphones.
