John Oliver on Standardized Testing

Now, as much as I would like to use it as an excuse for me failing my algebra exams, I don't think this is the reason why I failed algebra in college last semester - actually failed because the way my school teaches math sucks and I'm not a math genius nor do I pick up on new things very well without repetitiveness or interest.

Anyways, I totally agree with Mr. Oliver here like usual.

Wow, never heard this guy talk, pleasantly surprised. My school only does standardized tests on things that are required. Like EOC's. For anything else we do projects. Look up Project Based Learning. It's pretty interesting.

We stress testing way to much.

This is a technology forum, after all ;)

Anyway, totally agree.

The projects never end in my line of work.
