Anyone know good ear-buds for everyday commute

waxdt

Hello Everyone,

I am searching for high quality ear-buds that just don't break easily.

I am planning to use them on everyday commute and want to easily put them in my pocket. The problems I had with most ear-buds is that they tend to get a break inside the wire at the connector and where the driver is connected. I have consumed over 10-20 ear-buds by know and for me they usually last like only 1 month.

Budget: 135 us dollars.

Requirments:

High quality audio both highs and lows.

Comfort.

good cable

Optional:

Braded cable (for my problems with cables?)

nice wide flat cable for untangleness

Can anyone recommend me some.

Thanks in advance!

PS: Please don't recommend beats or apple earbuds since both brands are way to overpriced. I don't want to end up paying 80 dollars for the brandname and 20 dollars worth of ear-buds.

personally I really dislike wearing earbuds

if I did own one that I cared about I'd reinforce them with suguru probably put a slight kink in the wire at the earbud then cover with suguru. maintaining the bend.

the look of it is only as good as your skill with playdough. lots of colors so you can make it as flashy or as stealthy as you like.

shure se215 the wire is detachable so if it breaks you can get a replacement of just the cable

I quite enjoy my OEM GSIII earbuds but I've heard Sony MH1C are comparable to $100+ earbuds and they cost a quarter of the price.

I ended up buying the Shure se215's. I must say the build quality of the ear-buds seems really good!

The sound quality is outstanding its much much better than my Corsair Vengeance 1300. When I plug my ear-buds in the xonar DGX the sound is even more rich.

Thanks everyone for your recommendations,
