Is this good enough for high-quality home recording (guitars, drums etc)?

A friend gave it to me a while back but I haven't really gotten round to using it yet. Is it worth getting a Scarlett 2i2 over this, or are all recording interfaces roughly the same?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
