Just wrote this a few minutes ago on another thread. It might help you out.

 

 

Since you're thinking of OCing, heres some pointers: Firstly crank the 'Power Limit' to the maximum value. Then establish a more progressive fan curve, something like 50º to 50% fans. Then start by adding 10Mhz to the core and then run 15 minutes of furmark each time you add 10Mhz of clock until you see artifacts. The moment you see artifacts, back down.

Then do exactly the same with the memory clock.

That's basically how you determine your maximum OC without messing with voltages.
