I plan on having an i5 3570K on a P8Z77-V LK with a 700 watt power supply. What could be a great overclock with a liquid cooler? Or Air cooler?

4.5Ghz will be a great OC with Water, Probably 4.1 - 4.2 with air. Depends on the type of cooler and the chip you have.

o.o? Those are some low overclocks.

You can get 4.2ghz on a stock cooler and up to 4.5ghz on a Hyper 212 Evo. Depending on your chip, anything 4.6ghz and up is questionable.

I have my 3570k @ 4.6ghz on a NH-D14.

Air cooling has less hassle, is less likely to fail, and is enough for some pretty decent overclocks.

I'd go for a liquid cooler if I was shooting for 4.8ghz and beyond--then again, this depends on whether or not you chip allows it.

Until then, getting a Hyper 212 Evo for air cooling seems the safest and best for value/performance.
