Is it a good buy? Specs seem fit for what I do (coding and light gaming) but is it worth it?

I would check the PSU for signs of aging or failure.

Considering I spend a lot of money on my systems I would rather replace the PSU than the whole system. I use the old ones for projects like my PI cluster.

I replace mine every 2 years.

 

I'd just get a higher quality one and run it till I start having issues with it.

Though the OEM PSUs of some older pcs that I've got have held up pretty damn well.

One of the old pre-builts I've got running a minecraft server 24/7 and is still runnin strong with all of it's stock parts, I think we had originally gotten it back in like 2006 or so.
