PayPal On Steam- Cooldown?!

Hi there guys!

 

So recently I added my new Paypal account to Steam and purchased a few item from the market. (CSGO Keys) I had added $10 to my steam wallet via my PayPal account. But today when i went online to steam and tried to buy something of the market, it says i have to wait a few days. Here's a link to a image of what it says. My question is that will this always keep happening to me if i carry on using my PayPal account. because i want to buy in large quantities.

Once it stops registering your account as new then you should be good, your PayPal account BTW not your stem account.

Once it stops registering your account as new then you should be good, your PayPal account BTW not your stem account.
