Yes you will need an extra card

Go for XFX ts series 550w 80+ gold or a corsair cx500m

You'd be fine with any one of those

Why do you want an old graphics cards?

Just get a 970, it has more vram

As for the power supply maybe a EVGA G2 600 or Corsair CX600M

Intel Core i7 9700k - EVGA FTW GTX 970

It would be a lot easier to list your budget for us to tweak around.

Unfortunately the only H97 motherboards with built in WiFi are mini-ITX.

http://www.msi.com/file/test_report/TR9_3142.pdf is the Gigabyte QVL (Qualified Vendor List) for H97 Gaming 3 compatible WiFi cards. While the tech is older, I would suggest one of the PCI cards on that list, if you can find one. The PCIe x1 slots on that motherboard may not be available depending on the gpu and cpu cooler. The PCIe x4 slot would be available, but 4-lane WiFi cards tend to be pricey.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
