Id get the quickfire. I like the simplistic design and feel. But that's just me. I know 90% of others are going to say the k70. I actually went with g710+ because it comes with o rings which dampens bottoming out. If it wasn't for that I def would have got the quickfire.

From what I understand the most reliable backlights are the Corsair RGB.

this is the non RGB one because i dont want to spend that much on the RGB feature so its just a red LED

Quickfire Rapid gets my vote (I own a Quickfire Rapid LE with Greens and it's great) and is cheaper. Go for that if you don't need the numpad.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

I'd recommend a Logitech G710 or 910 if you can stretch to that budget.

Of the two go with the CM Storm - I've had 3 Corsair K70 s blow LEDs within a month and it gets tiresome quickly. The keyboard itself actually functions fine but in that case I could have just gone with a much cheaper standard mechanical (which is what I did in the end).
