Cleaning my perixx p-1000

I have a perixx p-1000 for a keyboard. It has a glossy finish and from the amount of time I spent on it there is quite a bit of well, dirt and stuff. (like weird blobs that you see in monitors sort of thing.)

 

What is the best way I can go about cleaning the glossy surface of it?

Remove the keys and give them a good scrubbing!

The frame is the problem, not the keys. Plus its a membrane keyboard

 

EDIT: Not mechanical, my kb is membrane
