Looking for something that isn't a resource hog and will not slow my performance also it would go along with mbam. Would like if was so quiet it doesn't need a gaming mode.

Avast, AVG, Antivir, Bitdefender free AV or Windows Essential/Defender.

I haven't had any problems with Security Essentials on windows 7, and it works with mbam fine.

If you're on Windows 7, Microsoft Security Essentials + Malwarebytes. If you're on Windows 8, Malwarebytes. I only ever scan manually anyway.

Bitdefender Free AV is my favorite right now and it's very light on system resources too
