RAM problems

hello,

 

so i recenty sold my barebone pc (    http://global.shuttle.com/news/productsDetail?productId=1581  ):

motherboard

psu

case

 

and the guy who i sold it to is saying only 2 of the 4 rams slots are working.

 

pls GHELP,

do you still have warranty on the board alse you can say that he needs to RMA it

what brand is the MOBO

(also the mobo it self would be handy)

the problem is that the motherboard was with the barebone so i dont know what board it is and your link doesnt work either xD

o and he can use 2 sticks of ram but not 4

i think the two other ram slots do not work or it might be compatibility issues
