You got RivaTuner statistics server installed as well m8? It's integrated into the install of MSI afterburner, and it's that which enables the in-game overlay.

Go to settings,monitoring,check and click the ones you want to overlay.The go to the on screen display tab and choose a key to toggle the OSD.
