No, you cannot cf the two. You can only cf cards from the same family.

The R9 290 is based on the GCN 1.1 architecture and the R9 270 is a rebadged 7850 which is GCN 1.0 architecture. They can't be crossfired because for that the cards needn't be identical (but that'd be ideal) but they do need to be based on the same architecture.

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.
