Good Speakers?

Hello!

 

Two things I have a question to today!

 

Before we begin, specs in sig and current speaker is a Logitech Z313

 

First of all, these days I am getting this crackling from my speakers. Thats not all, when I try to adjust the volume from the knob on the control pod, the left speaker gets hella loud and the right one totally silent. Also vice versa. Is this problem my on-board sound or the speakers?

 

Secondly, if it is from my speakers, what speakers will be a 2.0/2.1 config and last me a good time without problems, max budget is $80.

 

P.S. No headphones, I know sad :(
