Logitech Master MX

I really like the Master MX and have felt one in hand but since it seems to only be right handed i am looking for another option they is very similar but left handed. I Currently own the Razer Abyass because it was recommended to me from here before but now I am looking for something with a bit more functionality and better ergonomics. Suggestions?

There aren't too many left-hand mice out there. The Deathadder comes in a lefty version though it won't feel the same in your hand as it's much shorter.

Yeah it really sucks being left handed and the deathadder is too short, I went to the Abyass because my old mouse was too short and skinny. I have bigger than average hands but lanky fingers so it has hard to find even a right handed mouse.
