So uhm, I've been following LTT for a while now ever since I started thinking about planning on a PC Build.

So I went through much failure, disappointment and death migraines (Those annoying migraines that won't leave) in an effort to create the perfect PC for myself.

The PC is mainly going to be used for Gaming.

I changed it a lot due to technological advances through time and an ever tightening budget.

I've asked a lot of friends and extreme PC builders on tips & tricks and yet I still doubt.

So I came to this PC Haven and I ask you, the inhabitants, for advice and feedback.

Without further ado, I present the Strike Freedom: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wfQ9Q7

It's a little on the weak side due to recent budget tightening, but I'm looking at around US$2000 to spend on a PC. (Shipping and Peripheral prices excluded.)

Thank you for the time spent on this and Feedback and Advice are much appreciated.

I'm sensing a Gundam fan  ;)

On topic: What is the purpose of your build? Are you going to be gaming? Or doing heavy content creation, video editing and rendering?

If you're only mainly gaming you can toss the 5820k, X99 mobo and DDR4 RAM and go with a i5 4690K + Z97 mobo + ddr3 ram. You can even grab a

980 with the amount you've saved.

i5 2400 | ASUS RTX 4090 TUF OC | Seasonic 1200W Prime Gold | WD Green 120gb | WD Blue 1tb | some ram | a random case

I changed you to z97 and Haswell refresh chipset. You won't gain anything with the x99 and DDR4 build and it's more expensive. With the savings you could bump to a GTX 980. Also switched you to a 144Hz monitor (also could go 1440p 60Hz with this build if you wish as well). This should perform better than your original build.
