PS4 twitch?

How do you watch twitch on a PS4. I was considering getting one as my media device but I heard recently that it does not have a twitch app. The forum was from 2014 though, does it have one now?

Cause I can't see past 30fps anyway. No but really my PC is not connected to my TV.
