5 second power.....

So I got this old Acer aspire am1201 and I decided to take it apart and rebuild it as a sort of practice zone for my own computer build. So now I'm putting it back together and whenever I plug it on the fan spines for approximately 5 seconds and a green light flashes too, then it turns off. I'm not quite sure if this is my wiring or something but I have two requests. 

 

1) Info for what might be going on with it and

2)The mother board manual

Disconnect the fans and re-connect them. That may fix it.
