CPU heatsink

I am not sure which heatsink I want to use and I am also not sure if I should have a windowed case or not. If i have A windowed case I think i will go for this heatsink and these fans:

Looks really cool, and I heard Rajintek is a pretty underrated brand.

 

Do you need any suggestions for a windowed case, or do you already have made your choice?

Laptop: Intel Core i5-4200H, 8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, GeForce 840M

Desktop: Intel Core i3-6100, 8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, GeForce GTX 750 Ti

Yeah if you have any cool windowed cases to suggest that would be awesome, the one i have at the moment is the fractal r5 but it is a pretty boring case so any suggestions you have would be great!

Consider the Noctua NH-D15 very very quite cooler

Maybe you'll like the Corsair Obsidian 450D or perhaps the NZXT H440.
