So I have been playing GTA V and have noticed that even when I change some settings I'm getting around the same FPS. I have a GTX 780 with an i7 4770k and 16gb of ram. I opened my MSI Afterburner and it showed that my GPU usage was going all over the place between 75-99%. I wanted to see if it was my GPU or my game so I hopped on BF4 and I was getting no usage drops so I'm wondering how to fix this in my game, if I need to reinstall it or download a new driver?

Pretty sure that's just the game, the graph for MSI afterburner with my GTX 980 does the same thing.
