Turn on Vsync for virtualbox?

So i have a windows XP SP2 32bit virtual machine running so I can play captain claw but I have an issue where he jumps way to low and unnaturally fast according to the sites FAQ you need to turn on vsync on the graphic card problem is vbox doesnt have a graphics control panel

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.
