RTO for a few seconds

Hello
 

Recently i change my modem and coax cable (cisco dpc2100r3)

and now i get frequent RTO for a few seconds

 

and i can't play because of this

everytime i play csgo, the screen freezes like the internet died for a few seconds, and then everything goes back to normal

 

anyone know how to fix this ?
