Galaxy S5 Unrooting Help!

So I'm panicking right now, because I'm trying to unroot my phone from SuperSU and Kingo Root but while following this guide: http://www.androidrootz.com/2014/05/how-to-unroot-galaxy-s5-complete-stock.html,I got up to step 6. (I used the factory OS from when I first got the phone) The thing was downloading for 12 minutes, and so I thought something was wrong, and unplugged the USB. Then I shut down the phone by taking the battery out. What do I do?
