So this is the second cable that melted when i charged my phone, first the original was a bit burned but this one melted 

 

Why ? what cable should i buy ?

Oh that ain't good, are you using the original charger and is the phone ok from that, the li-ion or li-po batteries don't like short circuiting at all.

I have the same phone, never seen my charging cable getting melted or burnt.. O.o

 

Have you tried another wall socket or a different charger?

I'd stop using that phone and contact Google for a replacement...

Original charging usb cable failed it got a bit burned got a new cable same wall plug, phone works fine

yes, i still can charge with another cable but the phone is a bit melted too

I would not use those cables again once it's melted, I'm still a bit stumped on why that would occur though unless the cable was previously damage and shorted out.

I am not using it again, this morning i found them melted and the bottom of the phone a bit too :(

You should have contacted the shop/ manufacturer when your original cable melted this shouldn't happen and they possibly would give you a new charger and cable.

yes but my phone was powered off it didn't charge it was the weekend, had to get a cable from a local shop.

 

I couldn't call them 

 

The cable worked fine for over 1 month

Go to the shop with this cable and explain the situation they probably will give you a new one, Do you still have the original melted one?

Its not about the money for the cable, its what cable should i get so i does not melt again .. i don't want to get the same cable again.

 

I don't know if i have the original one. the original one got a bit burned did not melt like this one

Just get a quality cable from a a brand. like LG, Samsung and I would still contact your manufacturer/shop where you go the phone.
