The CPU you chose is for servers, and not very good for gaming at all. Windows 8 is a better choice, it's newer and gets better performance in games. You don't need any extra case fans besides what comes with the case

EDIT: you can remove the SSD and for the price of windows, sorry I forgot that

EDIT 2: You already bought these parts... I'm really sorry

windows 7 is better and for a

Streaming/Rendering Computer those 8 cores will be usefull i say thats a good build (get 8gb ram)

"better cooling" for a case that comes with 2 fans that do the job well enough. More fans just get louder and don't do much good. With a GTX 900 series GPU and an intel CPU two fans is plenty

Windows 8 has better performance, you can check anywhere online about this. Windows 7 just has a GUI people like more, so they assume it's better. Have fun playing games in Windows 7 and having 4 of your 8 cores parked, even in games that can use 8 cores. I also can't stand Windows 7's task manager giving no real information compared to W8

Please don't misguide him

If you can PLEASE get the B2 of that power supply! That's the first revision model and it had tons of problems! The second one is great though

I can tell hat the PSU has had problems because I've already had a problem with it. Also the case only came with one fan that is why i bought more fans. I also think that Windows 8 Interface is trash. That is why i went with windows 7 not 8. When the free Windows 10 comes out i will get that.

I'd really, really recommend you get at least 8GB of RAM. I know that running a game and streaming it is not going to go well on 4GB. Especially such a low speed. 1333Mhz and up is what is considered to be okay.

Edit: Also, I see you have bought a wireless adapter. It is probably fine, but if you run wired your connection will always be faster and have less ping.

Well that's alright, if you dislike the interface that much. But keep in mind W8 is functionally better. Also, for 1k (atleast in USD) you could do much much better for a gaming computer... A LOT better

EDIT: didn't see you were doing crossfire. You will see bottlenecks with that CPU and crossfire. You'll probably get the utilization of 1-1.5 of your graphics card in most games with that CPU. Your list is really really unbalanced. Your friend cut on the RAM and CPU a LOT to fit those crossfire graphics cards in that budget, and you won't get their full utilization most of the time. I am genuinely sorry you bought that computer

I have 4 sticks of 4gb RAM i don't think that you saw that. Also i didnt feel like running 100+ ft of wire to get it to my computer that is why i went wireless.

here, a working freesync loop with an awesome monitor for 1k

ye, you forgot the one part that actually matters

and, i guess you can go with the amd 8core if streaming/editing really is something you`ll be spending a lot of time on (shouldnt change the price)
