I dont think it is in eco mode but what is dsr, I am sorry I am not super techy.

I have an msi ghost pro and in some games I am getting about 30-45 frames per seccond, witch is not enough for me especially in CS:GO where I am used to above 100. This is occuring in not very graphicly demanding games like CSGO, League of Leegends, and Team Fortress 2. In other games though that would seem to use more power like Besiege i am getting a smooth ammount constantly. 

 

This laptop has an i7 4760k (pretty sure)

 

m970 graphics card

 

and 12 gigabytes of ram

 

Please help me!
