Well, technically you could swap out all of the switches, but it would be much much easier to buy a new keyboard. There's no way of making it clicky without changing the switches.

Can I make it so that my stealth edition is clacky or can you not?

By clacky i presume you mean like cherry blue switch then no. The stealth model only have orange switch which is like cherry brown switch.
