How/can i overclock pentium g 3258 with gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2V motherboard?

you cant with an h81 motherboard

someone got 4.39 GHz w/ that mobo using the g3258. Silicon lottery rules apply, but it's 100% possible to overclock a G3258 on H81, B85, and H97

How i can oc?

boot into the bios and increase the multiplier and or voltage, then stress test. Rinse/Repeat till stable

i have my cpu 4.3ghz and it runs fine and 12h strestest and when i boot game it will 1-2min work fine and then it freezes

Up the voltage a bit. Try not to go over 1.3-1.35v.

I had a G3258 running stable at 4.4 GHz on that exact board. Note you'll be limited to 1.2V vcore though. Here is the guide I followed:
