How long do you think the CPU will be good, untill i have to replace it?

That's dependent, though I'd say at least three years or more.

Is this a good setup?

Intel Core i5 4460 3.2ghz

EVGA Geforce 970

8GB DDR3 Ram

Seagate 1TB 7200rpm

Wanna max out the newest titles at 1080p ultra on 60fps. Im worried about the CPU, or is it good enough?

The CPU will be good for a while, if you are worried about it being outdated soon, then go with the i5-4690k and you wont have to worry, as it can be overclocked.

Edit:

It's hard to predict the future. Everything we have now could be obsolete tomorrow with the right tech. But honestly, there is about a 10% improvement with every new architecture of equal clock speed CPUs.

More powerful single core performance is what is needed for gaming as of now. The only way you will get outdated with an i5-4690k is if games start demanding that hyperthreading is needed, and I doubt that happens anytime soon.

7800X3D - MSI B650 MAG Tomahawk - 32GB 6000mhz CL30 - Gigabyte 3080 TI - 2TB NVME - 1000w PSU - ID Cooling 240mm AIO

Imo if you're getting a locked i5, stick with the 4440.

CPU will last 3-5 years regardless. Maybe longer if Dx12 does what it should.
