ive recently decided to water cool my Pc I have a 240 radiator cooled by 2 corsair 120mm fans I've just fitted it and my temps have gone from 60° to 70° very slowly but still rising help is there not a good connection with the CPU block I'm running a amd a8 6600k not over clocked yet?

Yeah some more details of your setup would be great. If temps are consistently rising could be that your pump is not functioning thus the water is not circulating (or not fast enough), the heat transfers through your block into the loop but the heat is not drawn away when the water passes through the radiator.

Is this at idle or under load? Every loop will have a ΔT as the water comes up to thermal equilibrium. Assuming everything is mounted correctly and the pump is operating adjusting your fan profile is about all you can do.
