Assembling My X99 System - Advice Needed Please

Hello all, so I've started putting together my system, but have a few questions that I was hoping you guys could help me with.

 

Here's my parts list (already have all the parts).

1. I have 2 4/8 pin 12V sockets on my motherboard.  I'm planning to overclock to 4.5GHz.  Should I bother connecting both?

 

2. I have 2 spare Cougar CF-V14H 140mm Vortext fans.  My case is an Enthoo Luxe, and I'm using a 240-x CPU cooler.  Should I swap out the fans from the 240-x, or the 200mm fan of the Luxe, or neither?  The fans are orange and don't match my build, but if they're better / quieter, may as well.  

 

3. To install the optional 40mm assistant fan onto the Sabertooth motherboard or not?  Those little fans tend to get pretty loud.  

 

I had some more, but they seem to have slipped my mind. 

 

p.s. This motherboard is HEAVY.

2) if they offer better CMF

3) yes they dont get loud at all. (your GPU will be much louder)

Thanks... regarding #2, which option?  Replace the radiator fans on the cooler, or the 200mm on the Luxe?

Only have 2 of the Cougar's, so it would have to be one or the other.

Only have 2 of the Cougar's, so it would have to be one or the other.

I think its a high air flow so replace some of the case fans with them.
