Is it possible to convert a case with a top mounted PSU into a bottom mounted PSU? Ive been looking for motherboard trays to see if theres anything out there that has a PSU mount on it but so far no luck.

Why convert it when it's already a top mount, also if you haven't purchased the case just select one that is bottom mounted?

I want to make an old case a bottom mounted PSU

If you want to do it as a project then yeah, it's possible to do that, I'd probably suggest getting a rear I/O panel and installing it where the current location of the PSU is and making a new mount for the PSU lower down. However new motherboard standoffs need to be create since it'll be moved, a motherboard tray however would eliminate a fair bit of work.
