What can I expect to get out of this? Is this still a good CPU?

 

I'm not asking for any upgrade solutions, and I'll be wanting to play games like GTA V, Witcher 3, Skyrim, and more new games.

 

I have an MSI GTX 960 2GB for my GPU if needed. Just need to know about that CPU

Yeah, it's still a good CPU. Won't have any issues playing modern games, including the ones you listed.

Anything after Sandy Bridge chips isn't obsolete (yet)
