Wake on LAN problems

My computer has been having some bad dreams lately and seems to wake up randomly so I disabled wake on mouse and I've tried to disable wake on LAN, however when I go to device manager, expand network Adapters, right click on my NIC, and click properties my device manager goes unresponsive?!?! I've tried this multiple times and restarted my computer yet it still yielded the same results... I can't really find anyone else struggling with this so I can't rely on google to fix all my problems :(

what card is it and have you tried updating/reinstalling drivers for it?

I totally forgot that I was able to disable it from my UEFI, I hope this will work, and yeah, I've tried re-installing it once
