software to do simple organising of an event

so im looking for some kind of software that looks like those programming sequences. (boxes with text or code in them connected by lines)

if I can print the thing when its done or export it as an image its even better :D

im going on survival weekend and we need to play a theme (plane gets takeover by hijackers and it crashes. )  and this story thing goes one with activities were planning. and I just need to be able to put text in boxes and have lines going to where it fits in the story. but I has to be able to edit it very easily.

I imagine anything that can manage processes would work, but I haven't yet heard of any purpose-made software. I assume Google search returned nothing?

I am tempted to say Simulink tho :D
